Like most people, creative time dwindled for Ashley as she got older. But during the pandemic, she spent about thirty minutes per day, for about 9 months, gestural drawing, and gradually adding to her self-determined curriculum. Because of the rewarding feeling of accomplishing what was beyond her limits, she continued to practice her craft with fierce discipline. Today, she has sold prints of her work in events and worked with various organizations as an art teacher or artist in residence. These include Marywood University, Millersville University, Barrio Alegria, and the Goggleworks Center for the Arts.
