The 2020 Art on the Hill – Pottstown Area Art Show and Sale
Won’t you help to make this art show possible. This annual open juried art show and sale will be held at The Hill School Center for the Arts, Boyer Gallery, in Pottstown in early June 2020 with an. Opening Reception the opening day, which free, open to the public, and includes music, food, and beverages. There will be an awards ceremony to recognize the outstanding entries with over $1,000.00 in awards. Artists from the tri-county area participate, and their works include: paintings, drawings, sculpture, pottery, collage, and graphic arts, to name a few.
Please consider sponsoring an advertisement in the art show brochure, making a monetary donation, or providing a food and/or beverage for the opening reception. Your contribution to help defray the show expenses will be greatly appreciated.
If you choose to sponsor an advertisement in the show brochure, your name and business name will be prominently displayed in the show brochure. Your options include:
Gold Sponsor $1,000.00 Two page, full-color advertisement.
Silver Sponsor $500.00 Full page, full-color advertisement.
Full page ad: $150.00 5” W x 7½” H black and white.
Half page ad: $ 75.00 5” W x 3¾” H black and white.
1/3 page ad: $ 50.00 5” W x 2½” H black and white.
Friend of ‘Art on The Hill’ $ 25.00 Name in list in brochure
If your business would like to donate food or beverages for the reception, your business name and/or any other advertising materials (menus, business cards) will be displayed at the reception and your business will be acknowledged in our program with a 1/3 page advertisement.
Please send your donation along with your camera-ready advertisement to: Pottstown Area Artists Guild, Inc., Attn: Art on the Hill Show, P.O. Box 433, Gilbertsville, PA 19525.
Or, you may submit your advertisement as a digital file in jpg, png or pdf format to: firstname.lastname@example.org with “Ad for Art Show” in the subject line. Then send your check to the P.O Box address above.
Note: your check and advertisement must be received by May 4th for your advertisement to be included in the program.
Please make checks payable to “Pottstown Area Artists Guild, Inc.” We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation and as such donations are tax deductible.
